Welcome to CardMem Memories. By accessing our website, making a reservation, or staying at our property, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking.
1.Booking Policy
- All bookings are subjected to room availability and confirmation from the resort
- Reservations can be made directly through our website, phone, email, or authorized travel partners.
- A valid mobile number, email address, and guest details are required to complete the booking process.
- The resort reserves the right to decline or cancel any booking if incorrect or incomplete information is provided.
2.Payment Policy
- Full or partial advance payment may be required to confirm your reservation.
- Accepted payment methods may include UPI, bank transfer, debit/credit cards, and approved payment gateways.
- Remaining balance, if any, must be cleared during check-in unless otherwise agreed.
- Any bank/payment gateway charges shall be borne by the guest.
3.Check-in / Check-out
- Standard Check-in Time: 2:00 PM
- Standard Check-out Time: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Valid government-issued photo identification is mandatory for all guests at check-in.
4.Occupancy Policy
- Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the booked room.
- Additional guests or visitors may be restricted or charged separately based on resort policy.
- Maximum occupancy limits for each room category must be followed.
5.Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully throughout the property. The resort reserves the right to remove any guest without refund if they:
- Cause damage to property
- Disturb other guests
- Engage in illegal or unsafe activities
- Violate resort rules or local laws
6.Property Damage
Any damage caused to rooms, furniture, fixtures, amenities, or common areas by guests will be chargeable based on repair or replacement cost.
7.Food & Beverage
- Outside food or beverages may be restricted in certain areas.
- Special meal requests are subject to availability and prior notice.
- Prices and menu items may change without prior notice.
8.Safety & Valuables
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
- The resort is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to valuables left unattended in rooms or public areas.
- Guests are advised to use lockers/safe storage where available.
9.Force Majeure
The resort shall not be held responsible for failure to provide services due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics, transport disruptions, or emergencies.
10.Website Usage
All content, logos, photographs, and branding on our website belong to CardMem Memories and may not be copied or reused without permission.
11.Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on our website.
