We understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair for both guests and the resort.

If the guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior cancellation notice, the booking will be treated as a No Show and no refund will be issued.

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days, depending on banking channels.

5. Peak Season / Special Dates

During holidays, festivals, long weekends, or special events, separate cancellation rules may apply and will be informed at the time of booking.

6. Resort Cancellation

In rare cases where the resort must cancel due to unavoidable circumstances, guests will be offered:

Alternate dates (subject to availability), or
Full refund of amount received by the resort.
